What happens when I complete my order?
All of our posters are printed to order, in-house on our own machines. When your order is placed it goes into our production queue. Once it has been printed and passed inspection it is rolled, packaged and shipped within 24 hours. We ship Mon - Fri. Orders can take up to five days to be shipped out.
Can I receive my order faster?
Orders are processed in the order that they are received. For international orders shipping tends to be the longest part of the process, therefore we recommend ordering the faster shipping options if timing is imperative.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive an email at all stages of the ordering process, when you place your order and when it is shipped. If there is any other update, change or delay to your order you will also be notified by email immediately.
If you have received your order confirmation email and have had no further update within five working days, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our website contact form. We will promptly reply.
Why did I not receive an e-mailed confirmation of my order?
Every completed order will receive an email confirmation. The most common reason email confirmations are not received is due to mistyped emails during the order process. Please take care to input your email accurately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand people sometimes change their mind. We ask that you place your order carefully as our posters are made to order. Once your order has entered actual production we cannot cancel and/or change your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Currently we only accept online orders.
